Chip Kelly Bought This House In September, Now He’s Fired In Philly

Chip Kelly bought this 4,600 sq. ft. house in New Jersey back on September 24 for $1,150,000. Tonight he was fired as the Eagles coach and personnel guru after a 26-21 record over three seasons. There was a division title in there, but then a loss in the playoffs. There were multiple players sent out of Philly as Chip Chipified the Eagles roster. Sam Bradford hasn’t been horrible, but he hasn’t been the franchise QB as all the experts predicted in the preseason.

Now Chip is left with a house in the burbs and he’ll need to move fairly soon to start his job in one of the eight cities where teams will be looking for a coach. Hope the Chipster didn’t get too comfortable in this 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath old fashioned pad that includes an indoor pool and cheap theater.

Poor Chip. It was a helluva run.
