Jason Day and his wife, Ellie, were at The Q tonight to watch LeBron James battle Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook in a primetime affair. But things took a disastrous turn when James trucked Ellie while chasing after a loose ball:

Ellie had to be stretchered off the court with a neck brace on:

Per Brian Windhorst, she was taken to a local hospital:
Ellie Day is being transported to a local hospital for treatment. She and Jason have a home in Columbus and regularly attend Cavs games.
