But one scumbag Los Angeles Kings fan in Oregon, Ohio figured out a simple way to bypass the cost aspect of grocery runs: using a stolen food stamp card!

On December 9, 2015 at approximately 2:27 AM, the male in the attached photos used a stolen Food Stamp card (EBT card) to purchase $176.00 in groceries. If you know the identity of the male, please contact Detective Spangler at 419-698-7069. Thank you!
