Derek Jeter confirmed on Tuesday, via a dog blog on Players Tribune, that he was engaged to girlfriend Hannah Davis. He made one reference to fianceé and that was it. That followed New York tabloid leaks that speculated that Jeets popped the question a couple weeks ago. Then, last night in Nashville at the CMA Awards, Hannah Davis put the engagement ring on display while walking down the red carpet.
The months and months of Davis-Jeter engagement drama culminated with the big reveal. That’s how this all goes down these days. It’s not just a photo published on Instagram. There is, after all, a process to all of this. The photographers asked politely for her to show off the ring and Davis, a world-class model, knew exactly the pose that would end up in magazines around the world.
The ring is valued, according to Page Six, at somewhere between$150,000 and $200,000.
