What’s the deal with the NFL & college football right now?
It’s been way too quiet lately. No arrests. Yeah, there was Duke Williams getting kicked out of Auburn after a bar fight, but we’re in a lull right now. And then we’re stuck with a Saturday that features Cal-Utah as the marquee game of the weekend. It doesn’t even kick until 10 EST. Georgia-Tennessee is your big 3:30 game. South Carolina-LSU? Miami-Florida State at 8? Keep a close eye on Georgia Tech-Clemson. Trap City. Coming off the huge win and facing the triple option. Tech has struggled to say the least. You know the drill, it’s college football and getting up after an all-time win over Notre Dame might be difficult. That said, if there was ever a Saturday to sacrifice to your girlfriend/wife, this has to be it. All that changes on Sunday. Seahawks-Bengals at 1. Patriots-Cowboys at 4:25. Hardy vs. Brady. It’s going to be a huge day. Clear your schedule.
Here comes gambling on bowling
Not kidding. At this point there really isn’t much people won’t gamble on. They’ll flip houses, they’ll play pull tabs at VFWs, guys will bet tattoos on games. Now you can bet on bowling.
