Call me crazy, but I think Ohio State goes back-to-back and SEC fans lose their minds. Let’s stop and think about why this will happen: the schedule. The SEC is going to once again beat up on each other, one team will get in (Alabama or Auburn) and then will have to win twice to win it all. Too much. This is where the Ohio State schedule helps. They get Michigan State, Penn State and Minnesota at home. A Big Ten Championship game will likely be against Wisconsin and that won’t be the end of the world. That means I get Urban Meyer in a two-game playoff for the trophy. Not a homer play at all — give me Ohio State.
