That blonde is Jackie Tabb 26. That guy is Aric Keck, 51. Aric and his dime girlfriend were arrested August 10 for reckless conduct after leaving Keck’s 6-year-old son alone in daddy’s car while the happy couple enjoyed about 30 minutes of private time at a suburban Atlanta restaurant, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Of course the little boy was terrified to be left alone in a car.
Scared and sobbing, the boy called his mom to say he was alone inside his father’s car in an unfamiliar parking lot, the report states. The boy’s mother called 911, and a dispatcher in turn called the boy, who wasn’t injured. While the boy was on the phone, his father returned to the car, according to police.
The dispatcher called back the boy’s father, Aric Keck, but Keck allegedly hung up the first time before telling the dispatcher he only left the child alone to go to the restroom, the police report states. Keck then allegedly called his ex-wife and threatened to kill her for calling the police as his girlfriend and son listened, according to police.
The boy, who was with his father during visitation, had been in the restaurant on July 18 with Keck and Jacqueline Tabb. When he got tired, the two walked him back to the car, parked more than a block away, according to police.
Dad of the year, right? Of course Aric had a denial that was debunked when cops checked surveillance video.
So you’re wondering what the sports angle is, right? A quick search of Google reveals that Jackie played college tennis at Cleveland State and Gonzaga where she was team captain and on the honor roll before graduating with a Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication degree.
Her career singles record at Cleveland State was 26-20; She was 8-3 in singles and 11-7 in doubles at Gonzaga as a junior. Her senior record is unavailable. According to her Linkedin page, Jackie has had her current job at Social 123, an Atlanta marketing firm, since April and calls it the “sickest tech start-up in ATL.” Aric is a Sales Director at Intel. He went to Michigan State and Duke.
I assume Jackie is with Aric because he’s a great guy.
