Reds speed demon Billy Hamilton entered Saturday’s game against the Marlins with 42 stolen bases — an absolutely gaudy total for a guy who has major issues getting on base (.269 OBP). Nonetheless, Hamilton has a penchant for wowing us whenever he does manage to get on.
We’ve seen him steal bases on pitch outs before, but he really outdid himself today, stealing third base as Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto threw the ball back to Adam Conley in the fifth inning:
