These psychopaths who run over kids and dive four rows ahead for a foul ball or home run ball never seize to amaze me. I don’t get how someone could want a ball that bad. I understand it’s a nice souvenir for a kid, but when a grown man is losing his mind over an 0-2 pop foul from like Skip Schumaker or someone, then it’s a problem.
So last night this Giants fan became one of the crazies and dove head first directly into McCovey Cove for a home run ball hit by Joe Panik.
I guess I can appreciate the dedication. Most of these lunatics just stick to stealing balls from kids, but this guy went above and beyond by jumping in a cold ass cove. I was also going to make fun of him for wanting Joe Panik’s ball, but apparently he’s an All-Star this year, so I’ll refrain from that.
