While Tiger Woods feeds off media speculation of an affair with Amanda Dufner, his ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Vonn, is staying in top shape with some unorthodox training.
Vonn uploaded the video below on Tuesday, featuring her taking to the backyard for some good ol’ backwards rock throwing. I’m sure there’s some sort of skiing — and maybe single dating — benefits to doing this:
