Bama Fan Robbed 6 Banks, Stole $100,195.50 & Faces 10-25 Years In Jail

By the time Timothy Bryan Standfield gets out of federal prison Nick Saban will be in the 73+ age range, which means he’ll likely be retired and sitting on a dock at his lake house. Tim faces double-digit years in jail after he pleaded guilty this week to several Alabama bank robberies.
According to the TimesDaily.com:

Officials with U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance’s office said Timothy Bryan Standfield, 39, 238 Fox Den Road, Killen, has pleaded guilty to bank robbery.

He will be sentenced July 6 in the Huntsville Federal Courthouse. He faces a sentence of 10-25 years in federal prison.

According to federal documents, Stanfield admitted to robbing six banks – Valley Credit Union, Avalon Avenue, Muscle Shoals; Bank Independent, Darby Drive, Florence; First Metro Bank, Cloverdale Road, Florence; Bank Independent, Cox Creek Parkway, Florence; First Metro Bank, U.S. 43, Greenhill; and First Southern Bank, River Road, Muscle Shoals.

And he has to pay back the $100,195.50 he stole during the robberies. Ouch.
Yes, Standfield used a getaway car in one robbery that had a Bama sticker on the back window.
