If you’re currently having a tough Monday, ESPN’s Michael Smith knows exactly how you feel.
While passionately discussing the important topic of the tree tackling prowess of Penn State defensive tackle, Anthony Zettel, Smith got a little too real, dropping a curse word mid-argument:

Not shown in the Vine is Smith saying, “it was bound to happen,” after realizing his mistake. And as a seasoned ESPN’er who knows suspensions are tossed around like candy (sans “First Take” members), Smith took to Twitter expecting the worst:
I'll see y'all down the road I guess

Keeping it real went WAY wrong

Smith may be super depressed right now, but at least his co-host, Jemele Hill, is having a good time with it:
And I guess I ain't sh*t for laughing at my co-host as it happened https://t.co/4nm2BGuAH8
