It hasn’t been a great start to the 2015 season for Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre — offensively, at least. The slugger entered Monday slashing just .236/.274/.386 with three home runs and eight RBI. However, the Beltre did show some signs of life in the power department tonight against Royals lefty Danny Duffy, blasting career home run No. 399.
Expectedly, Beltre was greeted at the dugout by his buddy, Elvis Andrus, who was up to his usual head-touching shenanigans:

I’d say we’re about due for Volume 2 of “Adrian Beltre and Elvis Andrus: Best Friends.”
