Mariners Fan Catches Foul Ball With Popcorn Bucket

If you’re not a kid, there’s absolutely no reason to bring a glove to a baseball game. That time has passed, friend. If a foul — or home run — ball happens to be headed your way at a game, make due with what you have. Bare hands, empty glass of beer, hat — you have options.

During the second inning of tonight’s Mariners-Angels game, a Robinson Cano fan showed off his creativity by using his popcorn bucket (loaded with popcorn) as a tool to catch a David Freese foul ball. As you can see above, the man earned himself a bear hug and the respect of his section.
