There you go…visors in hockey aren’t going to protect you from a skate to the face.
Drew Miller found out last night against against Ottawa that a visor is worthless versus an off balance skate. The good news is that this is nothing that a few stitches can’t repair. He’ll be fine.
Miller suffered two deep lacerations around his right eye, but apparently no damage to the eye itself.
