Were you raised on 1980s wrestling? Flair? The Horsemen? Andre? There is a Facebook account called the Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends where you can go through hundreds (there might be thousands, I stopped in the hundreds) of old newspaper ads for wrestling shows across North Carolina and Virginia.
There’s even a documentary scheduled for this summer that will tell the story of how it all went down in the NWA and the other wrestling organizations.
