I’m still waiting to hear back from Kristin on what year this was taken. Looks like it’s 1992-93. It looks like the Gunslinger is driving a used 1991 Geo Tracker, which makes me think this was the summer of 1993, because Brett came over to the Packers in 1992, did some things and people started to take notice. Just my theory.
It seems logical that Brett would’ve went out and got himself a convertible Tracker after finishing the 1992 season at 9-7. He treated himself. Â It’s hard to think there was a time when Brett didn’t drive a truck and have a pile of wood in the back of that truck. That Tracker must’ve been a poon wagon back home in Mississippi. Top down, just cruising to the swimmin’ hole, 10s piled in there, “Boot Scootin Boogie” playin’ on the tape deck.
