At what point does everyone in the NBA stop playing basketball and just award the title to the Atlanta Hawks?
They’ve won 16 games in a row, Mike Budenholzer is resting guys like his mentor Gregg Popovich and Kyle Korver is randomly on pace to join the 50-50-90 club. Hell, even their mascot “Harry the Hawk” has caught fire and is performing choreographed dance numbers set to “Uptown Funk.” If I was a Hawks cheerleader I honestly don’t know if I’d want to follow him.
By the way, Harry’s not some one-trick pony. Those familiar with his work know he has the MC Hammer routine down pat as well:
