You know what would be cool? Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquaio putting an end to all their BS and signing the contract for this boxing match we’ve been hearing about for years.
But I guess the two sitting across each other—and getting featured on the big board—at a Miami Heat–Milwaukee Bucks game will have to do. It’s freaking random but it’s definitely a step up from the two hiding on Twitter and exchanging random barbs.
Oh yeah, they actually exchanged words … in person.
And there is indeed video of the “epic” confrontation:

Um, that’s it? Sorry for the blasé attitude but it’s tough to get pumped about a fight that should have happened when I was in college.
All of this noise is just the boxing hype machine at work. Floyd and Manny probably have this thing mapped out and are working the crowd for kicks. Think about it, these two guys have people in their camp who can get each other’s respective digits in minutes, and they’re trying to play us with a meeting on the hardwood? Please.
Just let me know when there’s an actual set date for the thing. Or when Floyd decides that risking his sparkly, undefeated record isn’t worth it and dodges out to fight some random fighter.
