Jimmy Clausen didn’t play THAT bad today in his Bears debut. Clausen threw for 181 yards, two touchdowns, and only 1 interception. So, not terrible.
Clausen did almost die during the game, though. On a scramble during the 4th quarter, Lions DE Ziggy Ansah went full helmet-to-helmet on Clausen, a clear illegal move. Clausen proceeded to get up and get in Ansah’s face like an upset prep boy. Not surprisingly, Ansah was not intimidated at all and Clausen looked ridiculous.

The Bears fell to 5-10 with today’s loss, while the Lions secured a playoff spot by moving to 11-4.
