UCLA’s annual “Beat USC Bonfire Rally” was cancelled Thursday night because of students protesting tuition increases.
But this didn’t stop head coach Jim Mora from rallying the troops. After taking the microphone in a more environmentally-friendly rally, the head coach exclaimed, “We don’t need a freaking fire to get it f—ing turned up!” Of course, this set off his players because there’s nothing quite like middle-aged dudes dropping F-bombs.
Meanwhile at USC, they found some time to enjoy live performances at their “Conquest Rally” from Big Boi (Outkast) and the band Phantogram after a long week of duct taping statues.
Sorry UCLA, first blood goes to USC. Anything is better than hearing that Lil Jon song for the millionth time.
