Steve Taylor has been a diehard Washington Redskins fan for his entire life—that changed on Sunday after the team’s 27-7 defeat to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Taylor decided to do what any sane fan does when his team blows, and burn all of his gear. In the video below, you can see his profanity-laden tirade as he gathers hats, shoes and jerseys to burn. (Except for his RG3 and Art Monk jerseys, those made the cut).

Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post caught up with Taylor soon after:
I don’t see this as an annulment…I see this as a trial separation. I’m all for them if things turn around. I don’t see them turning around this season. Maybe we just need a little bit of a break. … I’ve put thousands of my dollars into the Redskins, money I could have spent elsewhere. They’ve taken enough. I’ve given my emotion. I’ve given everything. I really do’t have anything to show for it, except some ashes in a firepit.
Look at what you have done to Steve, Redskins. Now instead of partaking in lazy Sunday’s filled with football, he is going to hang out with his dog and possibly get into shape.
