Molly Shattuck, a former Ravens cheerleader and a local Baltimore cooking “healthy living” celebrity/socialite, has been indicted on two counts of third-degree rape of a teen boy she befriended on Instagram, according to WBAL 11. Molly, 47, is accused of performing oral sex on a 15-year-old boy. She turned herself in on Monday and will face the rape charges and four counts of unlawful sexual contact, plus three counts of distributing alcohol to a minor.

According to court documents:

Key to the investigation is what allegedly happened Labor Day weekend in Bethany Beach, Delaware, where Molly Shattuck, her kids and some of her kids’ friends were staying in a rented beach house. The boy stayed over one night.

The documents say, “Sometime around 2 a.m. Sunday morning, they drove to a liquor store and (Molly) Shattuck purchased a 12-pack of Miller Lite and a 12-pack of Bud Light for them.”

The younger kids were left home alone. Once back at the house, Molly Shattuck allegedly performed oral sex on the boy, first outside the home while walking the dog and again in her bedroom.

The documents say “(the boy) described the undergarments (Molly) Shattuck was wearing when he entered her bedroom.”

The documents say she allegedly performed oral sex on the boy and told him “if he wanted to have sex she would. The boy opted out. He decided to leave. At that point, she told him to come back later but he did not go back.”

Molly was a Ravens cheerleader in 2005.

She has deleted her Instagram and Facebook accounts that she actively populated with content before this whole indictment thing came down. Luckily, she hasn’t deleted her Twitter account  – @MollyShattuck.

This isn’t just some random ex-Ravens cheerleader. Shattuck has made news for years as the trophy wife of really rich dude Mayo Shattuck (they’re going through a divorce).

Baltimore Magazine once did a feature on Molly where she went over what she wants to accomplish in life.

By high school, Shattuck had become captain of the cheerleading squad, but even more life-altering, while on a trip to the Grand Canyon in her senior year, she made a vow to herself that she still honors every year—she wrote a bucket list. “I came up with the idea of making a list of 10 things I wanted to do with my life,” says Shattuck, “and I still have that list and keep a list to this day. It’s like my road map.” Among her goals: “I wanted to get married and have a family” (she married Mayo in 1997 and gave birth to Spencer the following year); “I wanted to go to college” (she attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in marketing and business administration); “I wanted to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro” (she completed her ascent in October 2007); “I wanted to be a Dallas Cowboy’s cheerleader” (she made the Ravens’ team in 2005—close enough).

You have to admit that Molly sure does have goals and is driven.
