Now comes the big moment for Justin Verlander’s career. Can he save his season by having a huge postseason? Can he win Game 2 in Baltimore against that offense. He gave up 7 earned to the O’s in 14 innings over two starts this season (1-1).
Or will this season be known as the year Kate Upton cursed Verlander and the Tigers? You know, there was the whole Fappening thing. Verlander, however, got better after the Fap. He was 3-1 with a 3.89 ERA after the naked photo leak. Was that what JV needed to drag him out of the season-long funk?
