I’m constantly shocked by the stuff that BC readers key in on, then record and send to me. Take last night. Ron Warner, @RKWIII, happened to be catching Baseball Tonight when David Ross was on to talk about wild card games. Then something flew out of Ross’ mouth.
“UFO,” Ron tweeted to me.
Looks like part of a tooth. I guess it could be a mass of spit or bread from his dinner. I’d normally just contact the subject to get comment, but Ross isn’t on Twitter so I’ll have to ask BC reader Mark Mulder if he heard anything.
Last night was Ross’ debut with Baseball Tonight after finishing his season with the Red Sox on Sunday. Now 37, Ross had a .184 average (28-for-152) in 50 games. In other words, this TV gig is probably going to be his full-time job six months from now.
Have something odd for us that we need to see? Let me know.
