Vegas Criminals:
Police say they have hunted down an escaped convict who scaled a 10-foot basketball hoop at an Arizona detention facility and fled to Las Vegas. The guy was awaiting transfer to a prison to serve a 24-year sentence when he used to hoop to help him reach a security fence. Vegas seems to be the last place I’d run to. I’m thinking I’d use Mexican drug smuggling routes to get out of the country and on my way to Baja California. It’s not like anyone is watching the outbound lane going into Mexico.
