There have been weird MLB pitcher delivery motions and then there’s this delivery from Braves reliever John Gant, a 23 year old who made his MLB debut last night against the Nats.
You might hate that delivery, but Gant threw a scoreless 9th and 10 of his 14 pitches were strikes. Not bad for a guy making an appearance that gets him one day closer to that 43 games mark that will get him vested in the MLB pension.

Stutter step vulcan death pitch? Is that what we’re calling it?
