For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Trenton Thunder, the baseball team is famous for having Golden Retrievers who retrieve bats during games. Current bat dog Derby recently became a father to a couple of puppies and one has been selected as his successor.
His name is Rookie and today he retrieved his first bat. See above.
