Twins Grounds Crew Removes 21″ Of Snow From Target Field

The war is over for the Minnesota Twins grounds crew (@TCGroundsCrew). The group has finished removing approximately 21 inches of snow from Target Field, revealing a beautiful green infield that needs to be perfect by April 7 when the home schedule opens against Oakland.

According to the grounds crew, they started attacking the snow earlier this week. A measurement taken in February showed the massive pile of snow covering the field. Minneapolis has had 58.4 inches of snow this winter.

How did they remove all that snow in four days?
