Ryan’s confidence is sky-high. He believes he’s the best fit for the role, even more so than Ben Johnson from the Detroit Lions, who’s considered a top candidate. He argues that connecting with players and fans is what truly matters, not just strategies and plays. But is he really the answer to the Jets’ problems?
Ryan thinks the Jets’ issues go beyond game tactics; they stem from poor management and leadership at the top. He’s not wrong there.
