The PGA Tour takes over the Congaree Golf Club near Hilton Head, South Carolina this weekend for the 2022 CJ Cup.
The tournament features a field of 78 players, including the top 60 available players from the previous season’s final FedEx Cup standings, winners of the KPGA Championship and Genesis Championship on the Korean Tour, and other top players from the Korean and Asian Tour.
The reigning champion is Rory McIlroy.
Entering Round 2 on Friday, Trey Mullinax and Gary Woodland are tied atop the leaderboard at 6-under. McIlroy sits one stroke behind at 5-under.
