Anderson Silva’s Son Kalyl Scores 11-Second Switch Kick KO In Kickboxing Debut

Kalyl Silva, the son of mixed martial arts son Anderson Silva, is going to be a major problem.

The 22-year-old son of the former UFC middleweight king made his kickboxing debut over the weekend and wasted no time getting his first win.

In a matter of seconds, Silva avoided a strike from his opponent before firing off a switch kick right on the button. His opponent went straight to the mat and the referee began a standing 8 count. Eventually, the bout was waved off just 11-seconds into the fight and Silva was given the win.

Silva is the latest member of his family to get in the win column. His older brother, 24-year-old Gabriel Silva, is 5-0 as an amateur with two kickboxing titles.
