Bubba Watson had an unusual moment during Round 2 of the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut.
While Watson is having a good opening two days on the court, things almost took a devastating turn when the head flew off of Watson’s driver.
The good news, however, is that Watson’s caddie Ted Scott was able to fix the driver.
The PGA has rules that prohibit replacing clubs during a tournament, so it would have been a major hurdle for Watson if his driver wasn’t fixed.

Disaster averted.
Watson is currently tied for second at 6-under, one stroke behind current leader Kramer Hickok.
