Tiger will officially play in the US Open
Just in case you had any doubts, Tiger will be at Shinnecock Hills in June. First US Open since 2015.
Tiger Woods has filed his entry to play in the U.S. Open for the first time since 2015.
The USGA says Woods officially entered on Thursday, four days after he tied for 32nd in the Masters. Even exempt players have to formally enter the U.S. Open.
It’s pretty much the least surprising news of the day, but it is Tiger and that just means the US Open will be that much better with him in it. He’ll be one of the betting favorites.
