Steve Spurrier’s home in Elgin has been on the market for a couple months now, but we haven’t been able to post it up for one simple reason: lack of photos! Fortunately, those pictures were finally uploaded to Zillow and the house is still up for grabs — $1.35 million and it’s yours to raise your Gamecock family.
According to public records, Steve purchased the house back in 2007 for $1.12 million, so a crazy profit isn’t in the cards here. And if that wasn’t bad enough, The State newspaper noted in January that this home could be tough to move because of its seven figure price tag.
