The Olympics Opening Ceremony is an event where athletes from all across the globe get their first taste of the biggest stage in sports. As they walk out with their fellow countrymen, all of that training becomes worth it as they get to be seen by a billion people all over the world before they compete in their respective events.
And this dude from Tonga took full advantage of that spotlight. His name is Pita Nikolas Taufatofua and will be competing in taekwondo, and as the flag bearer he knew the camera would fully focused him so why not go ahead and grease up that bod for the world to see?

He knew exactly what he was doing and it was one of the cockiest/smartest things I’ve ever seen. When you know the whole world is watching and you look down to see those washboard abs, a little baby oil was definitely going to make the ladies swoon from Rio to Polynesia.
Moving to Tonga. Their national dress is a six pack covered in baby oil. #OpeningCeremony
