As you already know, I’ll do whatever it takes to make a crazy arrest story into a sports-related story so it can be posted on BC and make sense why it’s posted. It’s a sports site so I’m going to be true to the original mission statement around here. That brings me to the story out of Gastonia, North Carolina where a young couple was cuffed over a domestic incident that included pizza rolls.
That’s Notre Dame fan Brad Beard. That’s his baby mama Samantha Canipe.
From the Smoking Gun:
The young couple was arrested early yesterday for attacking each other with pizza rolls inside their North Carolina residence, according to police.
Summoned to the Gastonia apartment around 1 AM, cops reported that Beard, 24, and Canipe, 21, had “assaulted each other by throwing pizza rolls at each other.”

Charged with simple assault, a misdemeanor, Beard and Canipe were each released from jail Monday afternoon on $2500 unsecured bond.
