I saw this military family reunion cross my Facebook timeline on Thursday via a fishing buddy, who is a member of the 180th Fighter Wing out of Swanton, Ohio, and figured you guys could use a feel-good moment to end this week. That’s Josh Close, an outfielder for Whitmer (Toledo). His father, Mark, and sister, Asia, are Airmen attached to the 180th Fighter Wing and had been deployed to Guam for the last three months.
They came home this week and decided to stop by Josh’s game to see some baseball. Whitmer lost the game 4-1, but does it even matter after this?
