If anyone is in the market for a shockingly affordable Miami home, Rockies star third baseman Nolan Arenado is looking to sell.
According to public records, Arenado originally listed his three-bedroom home in Miami-Dade County for $1 million in September, but has dropped the asking price all the way down to $895,000. Looks like he won’t be making as nice of a profit as he would like, which is a bummer considering he’s barely crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings (pre-arbitration sucks).
However, don’t worry too much for Nolan. This offseason is his first year in arbitration, and he may be in line for a nice contract around the $6 million mark.
Details from Nolan’s realtor:
This property is absolutely magnificent. The house sits on a FULL ACRE and the property includes various exotic fruit trees, a tennis court, and a beautiful pool area. Do not miss this opportunity to see and own this tropical paradise! One of the few houses to come on the market in this area, this is a very rare gem and chance to own in this prestigious neighborhood.
We’re still trying to figure out how a tennis court is involved for under a million.
Additional highlights of Nolan’s home:
- 3 beds/ 2 baths/ 1 acre
- 2.6 miles from Whole Foods
- 2.4 miles from Booby Trap
