Police are hunting for a scumbag Steelers/Polamalu fan who ripped off Christmas packages off a front porch in a quiet Newark, Delaware neighborhood. A homeowner’s security camera caught the scumbag helping himself to UPS packages moments after the delivery driver made the delivery. That’s right, Steelers scumbag was trailing the UPS driver, just waiting to steal the packages.
According to NBC Philadelphia:
“A pure invasion of privacy,” Jessica said. “I mean if they’re tailing a UPS truck they clearly have a mission. And they’re trying to get as much as they can.”
Police later recovered Jessica’s gifts but are still searching for the man in the video. Jessica says the incident has taught her a valuable lesson.
“I look at this as an opportunity for us to lose a couple hundred dollars’ worth of goods to put the awareness out there to our local community and our neighbors to say this can happen anywhere,” she said.
The scumbag was driving that Hyundai with South Carolina plates.
The “Package Pirate” problem is so bad in New Castle County where Jessica lives that the cops have made an awareness video to combat the problem. Live in the area?
