Today was a very important show on Fox Sports 1230’s Morning Blitz with Bellino & Burns. I was called in to give some advice to all the soon-to-be fathers out there who might be having a hard time getting time to watch football because their wives have them doing all sorts of stuff they don’t want to be doing, like pumpkin shopping.
Guys, you have to stand up for your rights. She owns your ass for seven months out of the year. You have to fight for those five months when pigskin is life. So she wants to go pumpkin shopping. You do it on Tuesday. So she wants to go look for a crib. You do it on Wednesday. So she wants a night out for a nice dinner before the baby comes. You take her out on the Saturday when your team has a bye.
It’s time ladies understand we’re not just going to sit back and be railroaded during football season. Stand up for yourself. Listen to this advice.
