White guys absolutely unloaded on Holly Sonders Sunday night when she asked Jordan Spieth about having a fifth outfit if he had to play a Monday playoff against Dustin Johnson. It was a light moment that was meant to be an ice breaker to a 21-year-old guy who just won the U.S. Open after a guy three putted on 18.
But the Serious Twitter Police destroyed her for this:

Lighten up. Holly should’ve just asked some dumb stale question, right? Sports is entertainment. Of course I want Holly asking if the guy had a uniform ready for Monday. The serious questions are the responsibility of Joe Buck. Holly isn’t getting Joe Buck money so it’s not her job to ask what it means to win the Open on Father’s Day. That’s Joe’s job.
What an exciting day. Just spoke with a stunned and thrilled @JordanSpieth. @usopengolf champion. Great kid. Talent beyond belief.
