Rent Andre Iguodala's Boring L.A. Home For $6,700 A Month [PHOTOS]

Doesn’t it seem like Andre Iguodala should be a bigger star? The Golden State Warriors’ swingman has kind of become a really good role player on a team which has Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson scoring at will on defenses.
Iguodala never realized his potential in Philadelphia or Denver, but the sign-and-trade deal that brought him to the Bay Area may allow him to help — rather than lead — a team to the NBA Finals.
With a new 4-year, $48 million deal in place, Iggy bought a home in Claremont Hills, Calif. this summer…which is why he’s renting his Mediterranean home in the Sherman Oaks, Calif. neighborhood of L.A. for $6,700 per month.
As NBA player homes go, this one is a little boring: hardwood floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, etc., etc. But, the decor seems a little stodgy for the oft-stylish Iguodala. Maybe all the eccentric and modern stuff is at his new place?

Highlights of Andre Iguodala’s Sherman Oaks, Calif. House:

• 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths
• 3,972-square-feet
• Master suite features separate spa-tub
• Patio, grassy yard and portable basketball hoop!
• 1.8 miles to Spearmint Rhino strip club
• 1.3 miles from Whole Foods
• 36 miles to Champion Trikes (buy a sidecar to go along for the ride)
