Grambling State Women’s Basketball Team Wins By 141 Points, Trolls Opponent

The Grambling State women’s basketball team made Division I history on Tuesday night.

The Tigers faced off against the College of Biblical Studies and delivered a 141-point shellacking — the largest margin of victory in women’s college basketball history.

Yes, Grambling State defeated CBS, 159-18.

But that wasn’t the only L the women of the College of Biblical Studies took, because Grambling State trolled the college after the record-setting win with a simple, but pointed message.

“Amen,” the official Grambling State hoops X account tweeted.

The message was ultimately deleted after some backlash and the caption was edited to boast about setting the new Division I record.

Grambling State entered the game at 5-5 and now sits at 6-5 on the season.

The College of Biblical Studies, meanwhile, is a Division II program that is in its inaugural season. According to the university, the team is made up of only eight players and they are all freshmen.

At least it can only go up from here.
