USWNT World Cup TV Schedule, Kickoff Times, Dates, Roster, & More

The 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup officially gets underway this week with the first game of the tournament kicking off bright and early on Friday, July 20 at 3:00 a.m. ET.

For the United States women’s national team, the tournament will begin on Friday, July 21 at 9:00 p.m. ET when they kick off Group E play against Vietnam. The USWNT will then play the Netherlands on Wednesday, July 26, and face Portugal on Tuesday, August 1 in the group stage finale.

The United States women’s national team is a strong favorite to bring home the championship.

This year’s World Cup roster for the USWNT features a number of veterans like Alex Morgan, Megan Rapinoe, Julie Ertz, and Kelley O’Hara, but also features promising newcomers in Sophia Smith, Trinity Rodman, and Ashley Sanchez.

The Group Stage of the Women’s World Cup will run through Thursday, August 3.

The knockout stage of the World Cup will begin on August 5, followed by the quarterfinals on August 11 and 12, the semifinals on August 15 and 16, and the Women’s World Cup Final on August 20. The final will be held at Stadium Australia in Sydney.

All games throughout the tournament will be broadcast live on the FOX family of networks and on the FOX Sports app with every USWNT match on FOX.
