From the report:
Messi asked if he would be allowed to travel to the Arab gulf to honour his sponsorship deal as a Saudi ambassador, and Galtier and sporting director Luis Campos gave him the green light to go in the result of a win or draw, but not a defeat.
Paris Saint-Germain was going to give players off on Monday and Tuesday, but after suffering a 3-1 loss to Lorient the team rescheduled practices. After skipping out on the session, tensions reportedly raised in the dressing room.
Messi’s deal with the club is set to expire at the end of the season.
