The 2023 NCAA women’s basketball tournament comes down to this. Player of the Year Caitlin Clark and the No. 1 seed Iowa Hawkeyes are set to take on the “Bayou Barbie,” All-American Angel Reese, and the LSU Tigers at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas for the national championship.

Iowa punched its ticket to the title game by stunning No. 1 overall seed South Carolina and ending the Gamecocks’ bid for a perfect season. The Hawkeyes are 31-6 entering the championship game.

LSU, meanwhile, has had a storybook year in Kim Mulkey’s second season leading the program. With 9 new players on the roster, there were not high expectations for the Tigers, but they delivered with a record-setting 33-2 campaign en route to the first national championship game appearance in program history.

Tip-off is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.

Entering Sunday afternoon’s game, Clark and the Hawkeyes are slight 3.5-point favorites over Reese and the Tigers while the over/under for the game is set for 160 total points.
