WWE Superstar Liv Morgan went viral earlier this week thanks to a video of the former SmackDown champion sitting courtside and appearing to ignore a man who wouldn’t stop talking.
Morgan appeared completely uninterested in the dude who was chatting her ear off.
It all went down Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden while Morgan was in attendance to help WWE promote an upcoming weekend show at the venue. She was caught with her uninterested look while being shown on the broadcast, and she had no idea that the interaction was being filmed.

Morgan joked about the interaction on social media after realizing she went viral, and then explained what actually went down during an interview on the WWE show The Bump on Wednesday night.
As it turns out, the chatty dude was WWE’s senior vice president for live events Justin Scalise.
“I have so many thoughts, so many things I want to say. What a bizarre moment,” Morgan said. “It is so weird to me, like what goes viral and what doesn’t. First of all, we had no idea that we were even being filmed. We had no idea that camera was on us, which doesn’t excuse anything. That is Justin Scalise who works here for WWE. He is incredible.
“He was explaining something to me and I was watching the game and was like listening, but I was also kind of deep in my head, thinking my own thoughts. I was kind of in my own world, so unaware that this was being filmed and so… My phone was just blowing up and I just see this footage and was just like, ‘oh my gosh, Justin, I’m so sorry’ and he’s such a great sport about it, but yeah, I don’t know. It is the most bizarre, weirdest thing. It was so weird, but also, let’s say I was ignoring him. It is women’s history month and we have every single right.”
So Liv did Mr. Scalise a solid and stuck up for him, but for those who never catch wind of what actually went down he will forever be known as the dude who was getting ignored in a meme.
