The UEFA Champions League continues on Tuesday afternoon as the Round of 16 kicks off Leg 2 as we determine who will be the first two teams to punch their tickets to the quarterfinals. On Tuesday, March 7, there will be two more matches with some of the top stars in the world taking the pitch.
In today’s main attraction, Chelsea welcomes Borussia Dortmund to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea trails 0-1 on the aggregate, but Dortmund has lost its last five UEFA Champions League away games.
Portuguese club Benfica, meanwhile, hosts Belgium’s Club Brugge at Estádio da Luz. Benfica holds a 2-0 advantage on aggregate, so Brugge will have a lot of work to do to make up the goal differential and away goal advantage in favor of the Portuguese side.
Kickoff is set for 3:00 p.m. ET.
All games will stream live on Paramount+, while television broadcasts can be found on CBS.
The quarterfinals will take begin on April 11 and 12 with Leg 1, while Leg 2 will be held on April 18 and 19. The semifinals will then take place the following month on May 9 and 10 for Leg 1 and May 16 and 17 for Leg 2. The Champions League Final will take place on Saturday, June 10, at Istanbul’s Ataturk Olympic Stadium.
