Netflix has renewed the sports docuseries Full Swing and Break Point for their second seasons.

Break Point –– which premiered on the streaming service on January 13 — followed tennis stars Nick Kyrgios, Taylor Fritz, and Ons Jabeur throughout the 2022 ATP and WTA Tours. The series follows the players on and off the court to give fans and viewers a deeper look at who the athletes are in their everyday lives and what makes them tick.

Full Swing, meanwhile, premiered just over a month later on February 15 and followed PGA Tour stars Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas, and Rory McIlroy.

“These shows quickly appealed to core fans of golf and tennis, and also recruited brand new fans from all around the world,” said Brandon Riegg, VP, Unscripted and Documentary Series, Netflix, in a statement.

“Like so much of our growing sports slate, the compelling characters, competitive stakes, and vibrant storytelling reveal sides of the game you’ve never seen before, and we’re excited to follow the unpredictable turns of the year ahead.”

With the decision to renew both shows, filming has already begun for the 2023 PGA Tour and ATP/WTA Tour campaigns. There is currently no word on which athletes will be highlighted in the second seasons.
